Our mentorship program for survivors and thrivers of sexual assault offers a unique opportunity to transform feelings of isolation into shared strength and hope. By joining, you'll contribute to a supportive network while experiencing renewed healing together.

Program Details:

  • Who Can Join? Applicants must be 18 or older and survivors and thrivers of sexual assault.

  • Commitment: The program lasts six months, with a requirement to meet at least twice a month.

  • Same-Gender Matching: Individuals will be paired with mentors of the same gender to ensure a supportive and understanding relationship.

  • Next Steps: Additional requirements are outlined in our online application.

Tailored Match: We implement a sophisticated matching algorithm that considers not only the experiences of survivors and thrivers but also their personalities, interests, and needs. This personalized approach ensures more meaningful and effective mentorship relationships.

Interactive Training: Participate in fun, interactive training sessions that equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for the program.

Month One Kickoff: Start your mentoring relationship with a kickoff meeting, where you'll set meeting schedules, communication preferences, and boundaries.

Incorporate Foundational Principles: Throughout the program, apply the principles learned during training to guide your interactions, focusing on positive, solution-oriented discussions.

Empowerment! Enjoy and Improve: Have fun in your mentoring relationship! Regularly provide feedback to your Mentorship Manager to ensure the experience continues to grow and evolve. Below is a visual representation of the structure from our training manual.
